What Do You Like To Do?
Welcome to Sesame Street!
Ernie is a reporter. He likes to interview the Muppets on Sesame Street. He planed to ask them what
they liked to do in their free time. First, Ernie came to Bert’s orange juice
stand. Bert said he liked to make orange juice for his friends. Second, Ernie
walked into Cookie Monster’s house. There were thousands of cookies and those
were Cookie Monster’s favorite food. He said, ”I like to bake cookies, eat
cookies, bake cookies and eat cookies, Yum! Yum! Yum! ” Third, Ernie walked by
the park and saw Sesame Street’s
superstar-Elmo. He told Ernie his favorite thing to do was to play on the
swing. Then, Ernie came to Big Bird. It was kind of him that he liked to help
his friends all the time. When they had troubles, Big Bird was happy to be with
them.
After that, Ernie came to Oscar the Grouch’s dirty home, the stinkiest
place on the Earth. It’s so stinky that Ernie need to wear a mask to interview
him. Oscar said he liked to collect garbage. “Oh…, it smells sooo good,” he
said. After Ernie said good-bye to Oscar, he came to Prairie Dawn’s classroom.
She said she enjoyed studying different kinds of dinosaurs. Then, Ernie walked
by the park again and saw Betty Lou. She told him her favorite activity was
jumping rope. She did it when she had free time. After that, Ernie saw Grover
by the lake. He told Ernie that he liked to play with the little lamb. “One,
two, three…”The count was counting the stars in the sky when Ernie came to him.
He said, “I like to count everything I see around me. Ha! Ha! Ha!” Finally,
Ernie told everybody that he liked to play with his favorite toy. Rubber
Duckie, “thank you, everyone.” This is Ernie. Signing off. Good-bye from Sesame Street.
