Treasure Hunt

A long long time ago, there was a girl called Joyce and a boy called Tim. They lived in a village next to a forest and they were poor. They cut trees for a living and their clothes were dirty. One day, Tim woke up very early and he took an ax and wanted to cut some trees. It was dark and quiet in the forest. Tim walked very slowly and he cut trees one by one. Suddenly, he fell on the ground. When he got up, he found a big door on the ground and it was unlocked. Tim opened it and went in. He found a hall way with a lot of doors on both sides. Then, he saw a box on the hall way. He picked it up and brought it home. Tim told Joyce what had happened today and Joyce suggested that they should opened the box.

After they opened it, they saw a glass bottle and a piece of paper in it. They took out the paper. It was a map! They were happy because maybe they could be rich if they could find the treasure. The next day, Tim and Joyce took the map and went to the same forest. They opened the same door and went into it. They followed the direction of the map and went into one of the doors on the hall way. When they got in, they heared something scary. Even though they felt scared, they still wanted to find the treasure. Suddenly, a lot of snaked fell from the ceiling and they were shouting and running. They saw another door and they quickly went in. They were tired, so they sat down on the floor. When they thought they were safe, there was a huge monster coming out and he caught Joyce. Tim was scared, so he picked a rock and threw it to the monster.

The rock hit the monster in the eye and the monster covered his eye. Joyce was released and Tim held her. Suddenly, the monster turned into a key and Tim was excited. Tim picked it up quickly and kept walking. Finally, they found a treasure box and opened it with the key. They found a lot of jewels and gold. They put them in their bags. Suddenly, a glass elevator appeared. Tim and Joyce went in and the elevator closed the door and took off. When they opened their eyes, they were already in their house. After that, they become rich and happy.

Graduated

   Lost Monday, we graduate from our elemantory school. My friends and I were so nervous and sad. When the graduation ceremony started, some girls started crying. Because they’re going to study in a different school. I was so sad to hear this news. When the gradution ceremony was over. I started feeling nostalgic. I remembered when we were in fifth grade, our teacher said “Class dismissed.” And we all ran and played a game called “Ghost hunt men.” During that time. We all thought that we would always be together and nothing would. Now I wish I could return to past, but I know it’s impossible to go back. That’s why some people say, “Time is money.” My best friend Alice studied in a different junior high school from me, I am really sad about it.

  We met 8 years ago and were always in the same class. Alice treated me so well. When she had snacks or a new toy, I was always the first person to taste it or play with it. Alice likes dancing, but I don’t. Every afternoon we always stayed at school and I played the piano and she danced. She is really smart, kind, and beautiful. Everyone like her. She sometimes made jokes when I was sad. She tried to cheer me up, when I was unhappy. I have another friend called Sarah. She likes singing, but I’m bad at singing. But she never laughs at me. I met her 4 years ago and Alice, Sarah and I are good friends now.

  We three played together all the time. She couldn’t play with us in the afternoons because she had an English class. Sarah is really smart. She studies with me in the same junior high school. One day, when we were in elementary school, Sarah didn’t have her English class, so we played together in the afternoon for a really long time. Because Alice and I have no chance to play together anymore, I wish I could meet new friend like her in high school. Our classmates and teacher went to a hot pot restaurant and had dinner together the girls sat together. The food there was so delicious. We will not have a lot chance together and I miss her a lot.

Bettle’s Adventure

   Do you know there was a bettle village in Taiwan? In a forest near the Central mountain ranges. There was a village that many bettels lived in. One of the bettles named Hercules lived there, too. He was curious about the world outside, but other bettles always said that he thought too much. They thought he should be satisfied with this place. One day, he was really tired of this little village and wanted to explore the world. So he prepared his bag. He put a lot of leaves and fruits in his bag. So he won’t be hungry. He opened his winges and off he went! He was flying in the sky. After he passed by the forest. He saw something brown and yellow ahead. It was a desert, he saw a lot of cacti and a lot of sand.

   He saw a tarantula and a snake. The snake told him what he ate and where he lived. The tarantula told him how he hunted and how he made a nest. At the end, they became very good friends. He waved goodbye and continued on his journey. When he flew to the ocean, the tsunami knocked him out. When he woke up, he saw many colorful plants and fish around him. Suddenly, a shark swam to him and tried to bite him. A tentacle just pulled him away, so he didn’t get hurt. It was an octopus. He thanked the octopus very much. The octopus told him where she lived and took him to see her parents. When he saw their parents, he felt so scard.

   Because they were very huge. He was afraid that they could eat him, so he just quickly said goodbye and swam away. He thought ocean was a beautiful place, but too dangerous. When he got to the city, two weeks had already passed. He found a city park. He sat in a free for a break. Suddenly, a squirrel ran to him and said, ”Hi! There. Where are you from?” He told him about his story and asked the squirrel if the city was a good place. The squirrel said that the city was a terrible place. The air in the city was dirty. The traffic was bad and dangerous. The water was not crystal clear. After that, he realized that the forest was the best place for him. He flew back to his village and told them his special trip. He also told everyone that the place that he loved the most was the forest.

The Present of Hedes

   A long long time ago, the handsome Hedes was the king of the dark hell. He had a beautiful daughter called Angel. Angel was a funny and romantic girl everyone could hear her laughing in the hell. One day, Hades said to Angel, “My cute Angel, we will go to the heaven tomorrow.” Angel was excited and she went to bed early. When the sun rose. Angel woke up. They sat on the white flying horse and said good bye to his wife-Persephone. When the white clouds passed by behind them, they saw a gold palace in front of them. Angel was curious, so she opened the gray door and went in. She saw a lot of gods talking and they were surprised when they saw the pretty girl-Angel. Today was a special day in heaven-Anna’s birthday, so a lot of gods brought her gifts. Angel was tired, so she told Hedes she would go to the maple tree forest. She sat behind a big tree and closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes, she saw a boy with blue eyes and brown hair.

   The boy introduced himself. He was called Jack and he was the god of dream. They became good friends. Angel and Jack fell in love. One sunny afternoon, Angel took Jack to the hell and told Hedes they wanted to get married. Hedes was very angry, but Angel said, ”If you don’t let me marry Jack, I will kill myself.” Hedes through about himself and Persephone, so he said, ”yes.” The day before they got married, Angel heard Jack talking on the phone to a god. He said: ”That girl is silly, she still thinks that I love her I just want to kill Hedes and be the king.” Angel was sad, so she told Hedes. Hedes was very angry and he wanted to kill him. They fought for a long long time. When Hedes wanted to kill Jack with his sword, Angel suddenly came between them and the sword went through her heart. Everyone was sad, they put Angel’s body in the water, and they wish her soul could live happily in the heaven.

The Lost Sword

One day, my father talked about “The Lost sword” with his friends and I heard that. I felt interested, so I started to ask him about the sword. Then my father said, “The sword was gone. If I had the sword, I could beat all the people in the world.

I told my father that I wanted to find it. So I saved some money and planned for a year. After a year, I went on a ship, I needed to find that by myself. When I was in the ocean, the ship shake very hard, I felt very dizzy and almost fell into the ocean.

At first, I saw a small volcanic island. I looked for the sword there for three days, but I couldn’t find it. So I went on the ship again and continued searching.

Then, I went to the Arctic. It was a very big place, so I looked for the sword for five days. But the sword was not there, too. So I needed to go to the next place.

Next, I went to the desert and I saw a man. I asked him about the sword and he said, ”The sword is in a cave, and there is a dragon guarding it,” He gave me an ax made with dragon’s bones and it was hard. I found the cave and saw a white dragon. I took out my ax and started to fight, but its skin was too hard. I had to think about its weak place.

Maybe the stomach was not too hard, so I used my ax to attack its stomach. It worked! The dragon roader and died. Its blood came out and a sword came out, too.

That sword has a blue rose Patten on it and it was very fantastic. I reached out my hand and it flew into my hand. Then I wanted to go home as fast I could.

Finally, I got back home safely. I showed the sword to my father and he was so excited. He said, “I can’t believe you really did it!” This sword gave me good luck every time. It was an exciting adventure.

In the future of 3019

 In the year of 3019, which was a very amazing year, there were many things that we had never seen or had before.There were many cars flying in the sky with no gas tanks. The buildings were in different shapes. People looked colorful because they could change the color of hair, skin and eyes. They also wore clothes that changed colors in every minute.People lived in bubbles which fly in the air and they could drive their bubbles everywhere. They would never feel hungry after talking pills in different flavors.Everything would stun me. What a surprising world it was!

My Exciting Race

When I was in the second grade, I loved to run! My Elementary school had a sports day. I thought if would be a great idea to join the 60m race. I practiced every day for one month during my break time at school. On that special day, my parents came to watch me run in the race. All my class mates were so nervous, especially me. To relax, I stretched my body, closed my eyes and breathed. “Bang!” The race had started; my heart was jumping like a rabbit. All of a sudden, I heard everybody clapping! Wow, the race was over. I know that I was the winner, I jumped up and shouted, “YA!” My teacher gave me a shiny gold medal. I felt so proud.

The Little Tadpole

    A long long time ago, there was a frog that lived in a lake. She laid her eggs in some cattails and left the lake. A few days later, the eggs began to hatch and a little tadpole emerged and wondered, ” Where is my mom?” So he went to find his mother. He saw a fish and asked” Hi, little fish. Did you see my mom?” The fish said, ”Sorry, I didn’t. But after frogs lay their eggs, they always swim away, so their tadpoles can learn to be independent.” Then he knew that his mother would never come back. So he started his life alone in this big lake.
