A day dream

  Yesterday, the math class was so boring. I could not help but close my eyes. Suddenly, I was in an unknown planet. A huge and scary monster appeared. I was so scared that I kept running and trying to escape from it. Then I picked up a bomb using all my strength to hurl the monster. Then, I monster should shout, “Jerry, wake up.” The sound is so familiar that I opened my eyes. Oops, I should throw the book to the teacher’s face. The teacher was so angry that I was scolded. Next time, I would never fall asleep in class.

Don’t Laught at the Little Tadpole

 There once lived a little tadpole in the river. He was kindhearted but he was very ugly. The fish in the river made fun of him. “Nobody is as ugly as me!” cried the little tadpole. He was so upset that he decided to hide under a stone. After a few weeks, the little tadpole’s body has changed. He grew four long legs. He had turned into a beautiful frog! He leapt from the lily pad to the ground. When the fish saw him, they couldn’t believe that he had turned into a beautiful frog.

The T-Rex that does not Eat Meat

Tyrannosaurus Rex are meat eaters, but Mickey the Tyrannosaurus Rex is not. Mickey is special because he only eat plants. His family is ashamed of him and the other dinosaurs make fun of him, too. Tyrannosaurus Rex are the meanest dinosaurs but Mickey is kind-hearted and he treats all the little animals well. Others think that there must be something wrong with him. This made Mickey a little upset because he didn’t think that he was wrong. He is happy though because he doesn’t have mean dinosaur friends, he has wonderful little animal friends instead.

Life in the Year 2031

In my free time, I like to imagine what life will be like in 2031. I will live in the sky and my house will be very big and beautiful. I will make a lot of money because I will be a very successful and famous designer. I will get to work by hali-car each day. I will travel to Neptune with my family on vacation because I want to know what life is like on the farthest planet in our solar system. I will have a super computer to help me design new machines and provide me some new ideas. I think life in the year 2031 will be so interesting.

Treasure Hunting

 Playing treasure hunting was so much fun. Last Sunday was my birthday. My parents organized this game for my birthday party. My brother was so excited that he even dressed up as a pirate. At first, my brother and I were given a map with some clues for the hidden treasure. Both of us needed to solve the riddles in order to find out the next direction. We worked together as a team. The game was so challenging that we spent so much time locating the X mark. Finally, with my brother’s help, we found the spot where the treasure was hidden. Though the treasure was tiny marbles, we still had so much fun during the process. What a special birthday party it was!

My Dream

 One day, I had a dream. In my dream, I went to Taipei Zoo. I went there by MRT. There ware many monkeys, birds, penguins, and some other animals riding with me. I saw a panda. He looked so cute. They had two big black ears, white face and four round black legs. He told me all the animals were taking the MRT to Taipei Zoo to work, and I was too early for vesting them because they had not done yet. I took many pictures with the animals who rode on the MRT with me. I had a great chat with some of the animals at the Zoo and then I went home by horse. While I was still on the back of the horse, an insect ran into my shoe and I was frightened and screamed. And then, I woke up and realized it was a dream.

In the future of 3019

 In the year of 3019, which was a very amazing year, there were many things that we had never seen or had before.There were many cars flying in the sky with no gas tanks. The buildings were in different shapes. People looked colorful because they could change the color of hair, skin and eyes. They also wore clothes that changed colors in every minute.People lived in bubbles which fly in the air and they could drive their bubbles everywhere. They would never feel hungry after talking pills in different flavors.Everything would stun me. What a surprising world it was!

My Time Machine

 Catherine invented a useful time machine. One day, she landed in the old West. She was curious about everything and then she got lost. A sheriff who had lived on Earth for millions and millions of years came and promised Catherine that he could be her guide. Then, they walked into the time machine. First, they went to a prehistoric village. They saw people hunting with spears and making fire by rubbing sticks together. Second, they went to the world of dinosaurs. As soon as they landed, a T-Rex opened its mouth to swallow them. Catherine quickly pressed a button to fly away. Finally, Catherine took the sheriff back to his home. She had a beautiful memory to carry in her heart.

 Long time ago, there was a fox chasing a crow with a big piece of meat in its beak. When the crow landed on a branch, the sneaky fox shouted, “Dear crow, has anyone ever told you how gorgeous your black feathers are? And if you could sing as pretty as your feathers, you could be the king of bird! “The crow was being flattered, so he started to sing. However, at the very moment it opened its beak, that big piece of meat fell. The fox picked up the meat right away and said, “If you are smarter enough, you could be the king of bird!”

My Exciting Race

When I was in the second grade, I loved to run! My Elementary school had a sports day. I thought if would be a great idea to join the 60m race. I practiced every day for one month during my break time at school. On that special day, my parents came to watch me run in the race. All my class mates were so nervous, especially me. To relax, I stretched my body, closed my eyes and breathed. “Bang!” The race had started; my heart was jumping like a rabbit. All of a sudden, I heard everybody clapping! Wow, the race was over. I know that I was the winner, I jumped up and shouted, “YA!” My teacher gave me a shiny gold medal. I felt so proud.

A Cloudy Adventure

    This morning I was sitting on a sofa. It was soft and white, perhaps too soft, it felt almost like sitting on a……CLOUD!

I looked around. All the furniture was made of cloud! “ Oh my God!” I shouted. When I got off the sofa, my feet were in the air! I had a pair of wings on my back, just like an angel! Then I flew out the door. The street was very different. Every thing was white and fluffy. I was on the cloud! I was so excited as I played in the cloud. But soon, I felt sad because there weren’t anyone to play with. When I was about to cry, I woke up. This dream made me realize playing with friends is the happiest thing!

The Little Tadpole

    A long long time ago, there was a frog that lived in a lake. She laid her eggs in some cattails and left the lake. A few days later, the eggs began to hatch and a little tadpole emerged and wondered, ” Where is my mom?” So he went to find his mother. He saw a fish and asked” Hi, little fish. Did you see my mom?” The fish said, ”Sorry, I didn’t. But after frogs lay their eggs, they always swim away, so their tadpoles can learn to be independent.” Then he knew that his mother would never come back. So he started his life alone in this big lake.

I was a student of the animal school in the forest. There were many kinds of animals in the school. There were big ones, small ones, fast ones, and slow ones. They were all friendly.Our math teacher was an owl, teacher Bruce. He was the smartest animal in the forest. Our P.E teacher was the strongest bear, teacher Tom. And the music teacher was the prettiest robin, teacher Anny. She could sing songs beautifully.It’s the best dream ever, I love it!

                                                     Jason’s Lunch

 One day, Jason the rabbit wanted to eat a different lunch because he ate carrots every day. Then, Jason saw the other animals eating their lunch happily, so he went to see their lunch. First, Jason went to the doghouse. He said, ”What do you eat for your lunch?” The dog answered, ”I eat bones for my lunch.” Then, Jason ate bones with the dog, but bones were too hard. Jason couldn’t eat, so Jason said good-bye to the dog. Next, Jason went to the piggery, “Can I eat with you?” he asked. ”Sure,” the pig answered. But the food was too dry. Jason was very thirsty, so he drank some water and said good-bye to the pig. Then, Jason went to the henhouse. He said, ”Can I eat lunch with you?” The hen was happy and said, “OK, you can eat with me, but you can’t eat too much.” Jason ate some rice, but the rice was too little. He said good-bye and went back to his house. Finally, Jason was happy to eat his carrots. He said, “I never know the carrots are so yummy. I want to eat carrots every day!”

My Hometown

   I am from a small, friendly and beautiful town called Beipu. It is located near Lion Head Mountain in Hsinchu. In the town, there are lots of tea farms on the hill. That’s why it is famous for a kind of Oolong tea called Oriental beauty. While drinking a cup of nice tea, you can also have a piece of delicious taro cake. It’s my favorite snack. When you visit Beipu in spring, you get to see gorgeous Tung flowers. They look like snow falling to the ground. Moreover, you can find lots of Hakka food in the stores on the traditional streets. They are really tasty. The temples in my hometown are really amazing. There are many great art works there too! My town, Beipu, is a wonderful and lovely place.
