Peter’s Adventure in a Hot-Air Balloon

There was a little boy, Peter, He dreamed of riding on a hot-air balloon and traveling around the world. But now he was too little. He can only watched others riding on hot-air balloon or listened to others sharing their experiences. He decided to become a hot-air balloon rider. After a few years. Peter’s dream came true. He become a hot-air balloon rider. One day, Peter got his hot-air balloon and his backpack ready. He rode on his hot-air balloon. He waved goodbye to his family and friends. Peter started his adventure. First, Peter went to Brazil, South America. He met a lot of people there. They were so passionate and they invited Peter to join their carnival. They song and danced together. It was terrific. Peter made friends there. Then Peter started his adventure again. Not long after setting off, he met a storm. The wind was so strong and he was so scared. Suddenly, the balloon was broken! Peter landed on an island. He tried to fix the hot-air balloon many times. Finally, the hot-air balloon got repaired. After taking a rest for a while, Peter began his journey again to fulfill his dream. On his way, Peter saw a lot of amazing scenery. He saw a beautiful rainbow, water falls, streams and sunset. He was touched by those great views.  Finally, Peter got home safely. Everyone welcome him happily! They couldn’t wait to listen his story! Peter told them his story and many interesting things. All of them were happy and excited.

The Stray Cat Kitty

My name is Amy. On Sunday morning, I took a walk with mom. We saw a stray cat by a trash can. I said, ”Can we took this cat?” Mom said, O.K.!” Then I washed this cat carefully and I thinking its name. My dad named it “Kitty” and I like this name. When I finished my homework or had days off, I always played with Kitty, My brother and my mom also played with her. Kitty sometimes broke something, but we always forgave her, because her was so cute. One day, Kitty disappeared. We are worried. We put the “Missing Animal Notice” in the neighborhood. At night, Kitty came back home, but it got hurt. It looked like fought with other cats. I couldn’t take care of her because I had to go to school. Mom said “ I will take care of Kitty.” I can go to school without worrying. Soon, Kitty was getting better. I could play with her again. Few years later, when I was eighteen years old, I had to do my part-time job, so I couldn’t play with her. One day, she was sick. I took her to an animal hospital. The doctor said, “Kitty was being sick for a long time, It’s too late to cure it, I’m sorry.” Then, I took it home and told my family. Kitty was dead. We were very sad. Finally, we buried her in the garden, though her was dead, I would always remember her.
