The Present of Hedes

   A long long time ago, the handsome Hedes was the king of the dark hell. He had a beautiful daughter called Angel. Angel was a funny and romantic girl everyone could hear her laughing in the hell. One day, Hades said to Angel, “My cute Angel, we will go to the heaven tomorrow.” Angel was excited and she went to bed early. When the sun rose. Angel woke up. They sat on the white flying horse and said good bye to his wife-Persephone. When the white clouds passed by behind them, they saw a gold palace in front of them. Angel was curious, so she opened the gray door and went in. She saw a lot of gods talking and they were surprised when they saw the pretty girl-Angel. Today was a special day in heaven-Anna’s birthday, so a lot of gods brought her gifts. Angel was tired, so she told Hedes she would go to the maple tree forest. She sat behind a big tree and closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes, she saw a boy with blue eyes and brown hair.

   The boy introduced himself. He was called Jack and he was the god of dream. They became good friends. Angel and Jack fell in love. One sunny afternoon, Angel took Jack to the hell and told Hedes they wanted to get married. Hedes was very angry, but Angel said, ”If you don’t let me marry Jack, I will kill myself.” Hedes through about himself and Persephone, so he said, ”yes.” The day before they got married, Angel heard Jack talking on the phone to a god. He said: ”That girl is silly, she still thinks that I love her I just want to kill Hedes and be the king.” Angel was sad, so she told Hedes. Hedes was very angry and he wanted to kill him. They fought for a long long time. When Hedes wanted to kill Jack with his sword, Angel suddenly came between them and the sword went through her heart. Everyone was sad, they put Angel’s body in the water, and they wish her soul could live happily in the heaven.

Peter’s Adventure in a Hot-Air Balloon

There was a little boy, Peter, He dreamed of riding on a hot-air balloon and traveling around the world. But now he was too little. He can only watched others riding on hot-air balloon or listened to others sharing their experiences. He decided to become a hot-air balloon rider. After a few years. Peter’s dream came true. He become a hot-air balloon rider. One day, Peter got his hot-air balloon and his backpack ready. He rode on his hot-air balloon. He waved goodbye to his family and friends. Peter started his adventure. First, Peter went to Brazil, South America. He met a lot of people there. They were so passionate and they invited Peter to join their carnival. They song and danced together. It was terrific. Peter made friends there. Then Peter started his adventure again. Not long after setting off, he met a storm. The wind was so strong and he was so scared. Suddenly, the balloon was broken! Peter landed on an island. He tried to fix the hot-air balloon many times. Finally, the hot-air balloon got repaired. After taking a rest for a while, Peter began his journey again to fulfill his dream. On his way, Peter saw a lot of amazing scenery. He saw a beautiful rainbow, water falls, streams and sunset. He was touched by those great views.  Finally, Peter got home safely. Everyone welcome him happily! They couldn’t wait to listen his story! Peter told them his story and many interesting things. All of them were happy and excited.

No More Sweets

Avril is a girl who likes to eat sweets. She often has a toothache because she doesn’t like to brush her teeth after eating sweets. Her mother always tells her not to eat too many sweets, but she never listens. One day, after seeing a dentist, Avril got two pills. The dentist told Avril she had to take one pill a day, so she would feel better. After she took the first pill, she fell asleep. Then, she came to a forest. In the forest, she saw a river chocolate, trees made of cotton candy and flowers made of lollipops. She quickly jumped into the river, had a bite of tree leaves and licked some tasty flowers. Then, she kept walking in the woods. She found a house made of cake and pie. She was very happy, so walked in without knocking on the door. “Wow!” I can eat as much as I want.” Then she started to eat the table, the chair and the window. When she was about to eat the wall, she heard strange footsteps approaching. When she turned around, she saw two big eyes staring angrily at her. They shouted at her, “How dare you! You are eating our house.” Then Avril quickly ran out of house. They started to chase Avril. She was very scared. While she was running, she found the other pill in her pocket, so she swallowed it. After that, she woke up. When she woke up, she told her mom she would never eat sweets again.

A Picnic Trip

Last spring time, my family and I went on a picnic trip to Ali Mountain. It was a nice and breezy day. When we went up to the mountain, we were not surprised to see a big crowd. People were there for the cherry blossoms and we were, too. We quickly found a big tree and settled everything on a blanket. Then, we couldn’t wait to enjoy the lovely scenery. My mom and sister loved taking photos with the cherry blossoms. They took many pictures and posted them to their facebook pages. At that time, my brother was wandering around and my father was making sandwiches and chatting with his friends on Line. I took out my binoculars and tried to find something to watch. Far be hind a tree near the bushes, there was something moving. I tried hard to focus and questioned, “What is that?” Suddenly, a big gorilla jumped out from the bushes. “Help!” I shouted as I tossed my binoculars in the air. “Dad, Mom, help! There’s a big gorilla.” As I was about to run away, the gorilla grasped my jacket and said, ”Ha, got you, silly bro.” That was my mean big brother. He made fun of me because he had nothing to do. Soon, the sun set and it was time to go home. Thought I was mad at my brother, I had a good trip, so did my family.
