The Charms in Taiwan

   Last month, my aunt who lives in Hong Kong come to Taiwan to visit us. She asked me, “Are there any beautiful places in Taiwan?” I said, “Sure! Let’s tell you the charms in Taiwan and you’ll love it.”

 Keelung is in the northern part of Taiwan. There is a famous Miaokow Night Market. There are many delicious snacks, like Pao-Pao Ice and Sandwich.

 Taipei is the capital of Taiwan. It’s a very busy city. There are many department stores and nice restaurants. You also can watch the night view from the sky scraper Taipei 101.

 Hsinchu is a city full of culture and art. You can visit Taiwan Pavilion Expo and enjoy local food, like meat balls and rice noodles.

 As you know, Miaoli is my hometown. Hot spring in Tai-An

and strawberries in Ta- Hu are the two charms.

 Taichung is the biggest city in central Taiwan. You can go shopping in the shopping mall or go mountain climbing in the mountains.

 Tainan is a city full of history. You can kern some interesting stories from Chihkan Tower and An Ping Fort. Local snacks in Tainan is unforgettable too.

 Kaohsiung is the second big city in Taiwan. There are some places you must travel to, like Liuohe Night Market and Cijin Island.   

   Pingtung is in the southern part of Taiwan. Kenting is the most famous spot in summer. People go swimming and surfing there.

   If you want to travel to the east of Taiwan, Yilan is a good place. You can see farmland or enjoy the hot spring in Chiaohsi.

   Hualian is the best place for mountain view. Taroko National Park is worth a visit.

   After listening to my introduction, my aunt decided to go to Taiwan. She want to visit a city which is full of historic stories.
